A good reading experience depends on reliable books, honest reviews and a respectful community. These are the standards we hold ourselves and the platform to.
Our standards
- Reports about inappropriate content and profiles are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.
- Copyright notices are answered with a decision and its reasons, and the person who uploaded the content can respond.
- Each chapter shows how it opens — free, with coins, after a wait or first for members — before you tap.
- Reviews must come from real readers; manipulated reviews and points are removed.
- Publisher accounts are verified, and a publisher acts for an author only within the scopes the author signed.
