1. Nature of the service
CodexFan is an online platform where authors publish books and chapters and users share comments, reviews, posts and messages.
2. Reporting illegal content
You can report illegal content with the "Report" button next to every chapter, comment, post, profile and message. Copyright infringements can be reported through our notice form, which gives you a status link; you can also email [e-mail] (subject: "DSA Notice"). Please include the link to the content, why you consider it illegal and your contact details.
3. Decisions and appeals
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. The decision (removal, restriction or rejection) is communicated with its reasons to both the reporter and the affected user. The affected user can answer a copyright notice with a counter-notice, and decisions can be appealed in the app or at the same email address.

5. Transparency
Summary information about our moderation activity is published at reasonable intervals.
