This notice explains how personal data is processed in CodexFan's AI-assisted features, under Law No. 6698 and the GDPR. Data controller: EGEROBOT.
Data processed and purposes
- Text and images you post (comments, posts, room messages, profile photos) → detecting spam, abuse and inappropriate content.
- Images in live video rooms → detecting inappropriate content during a live event.
- Voice notes → turning speech into text when you request it.
- Reading and follow history → suggesting books, authors, clubs and events.
Use in AI training
Books, chapters and the content you post are not used to train AI models.
Transfers
Some processing is carried out through the enterprise services of third-party AI providers. Transfers follow the cross-border transfer rules of Law No. 6698 and the GDPR, are encrypted, and are made on a no-retention, no-training basis.
Automated decision-making
A decision that restricts your account or removes your content is not based solely on automated processing; a moderator reviews it, and you have the right to object and request human review.
Your rights
You have the rights to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent.
